The different components of the podcast are envisaged to be delivered as per the following format:

Thematic episodes will consist of either presentations from the founder or structured discussions with other senior professionals that have authoritative knowledge in key thematic areas

Topical Episodes

Topical episodes will consist of either written commentaries or expert reflections on timely policy, strategy and regional processes that are identified by the Podcast Team and Podcast followers

Intergenerational Conversations

Intergenerational conversations would mainly consist of panel discussions and open interaction that could be facilitated through the most convenient interactive platforms Each episode starts by providing clarifications on any questions or outstanding issues raised on previous episode.
